Kawaii Kon memberships are non-refundable.
You are able to request for the membership to be transferred to Kawaii Kon 2015 (At-2013 Pre-Registrations do not qualify for this option.) or change the name on the badge up until Saturday, 22 March 2014 by following the Step-by-Step instructions in the FAQ ("Top Questions Asked"; first question).
